From January 1, 2022, you can apply under the new caps for the Home Child Care Provider Pilot and the Home Support Worker Pilot. It is expected that quota for HCCP may increase.
If you are applying from Outside Canada, kindly make sure you have:
Genuine job offer meeting all requirements including Employers income, salary offered, which should be valid through out the process.
You have required education with assessment, IELTS- GT & work experience.
You can apply with your family, you will get occupation specific work permit and your spouse will get open work permit, your kids can get study visa or visit visa as per their age.
Applicant age can be 20 to 50 years.
Average processing is 12 months, but processing time could be more. So plan accordingly.
Also make sure your representative should be regulated.
